Carnival time in Lanzarote

Recently had the opportunity to go to the Carnivals in Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise, the latter being 50% of the size The carnival starts with the parade which lasts over 2 hours, followed by everyone congregating around a stage with live music until the early hours - The people of Lanzarote do like a party!
